1984 (un)censored | Ksenija Biberdzic
This project reinterprets George Orwell’s 1984 through the lens of modern digital censorship. Presented as two interlinked publications, it contrasts the fragmented, algorithm-driven viewpoint of digital platforms with its authoritative and subtly manipulated counterpart. Through both print and digital formats, it examines how information is controlled, distorted, and represented. The design draws influence from official government redaction, glitching, and UI conventions to critique the illusion of transparency in contemporary media.
