Empowering teens against anxiety | Ritik Shah

“Empowering Teens to Manage Anxiety: An Anime-Inspired Self-Help Kit & Teacher’s Guide” is part of a series of innovative educational resources aimed at helping teenagers navigate the challenges of mental health in the modern world.

Using a range of engaging anime characters, the project links the development of effective anxiety management techniques with relatable and appealing visual content. The foldable poster, featuring anime characters on the front and practical tips on the reverse, serves as a unique self-help tool that teenagers can easily access and engage with.

The project also includes a comprehensive presentation deck for educators, providing them with the necessary tools and knowledge to support their students in managing anxiety within the school setting. By equipping both teenagers and teachers with these resources, “Empowering Teens to Manage Anxiety” aims to foster a supportive environment where young people can develop the skills needed to conquer anxiety and thrive in their personal and academic lives.
