The guide to interior design movements | Clara Everest

Interior design movements is a three-book guide series, covering interior design movements of the last century. The series is designed for a visually engaging, relaxing and inspiring read for those wanting to decorate their own homes. The book’s small format provides just enough information for beginners to learn what they need and to learn about the four decades covered in each volume.

While the typical travel guide is designed to fit in your pocket while you are walking around, architectural and interior design books tend to be larger, allowing for larger photographs. This guide is somewhere in between: small enough to be portable while large enough to show images at good size, to capture the essence of the space depicted and its details.

A timeline summarises the themes in the book, adopting the style of the era.
