The Unfolding Narratives project explores the interactions between print, digital reading and publishing. Students consider how non-linear narratives can facilitate engagements with fixed versus fluid content, copyright versus public domain, embedded media, and the implications these have for design, production and distribution. Outcomes are equally developed in both digital and print channels, with each feeding into the other. In particular, the characteristics of each channel are leveraged to unfold and expand the chosen narrative.
This project is open to the Book Design and Graphic Design pathways
