DYKWIM? (Do you know what I mean?) is a zine for those who want to discover new artists, read articles that respond to different themes and find creative inspiration in the content and design. I used this self directed project as an opportunity to explore how to navigate the process of portraying artwork whilst maintaining the visual identity of the publication.

Each issue focuses on one key artist that speaks to the theme, the first being Lucy Harwood in response to anxiety. This zine celebrates the tactical experience of encountering a printed object. With folding pages, cut-outs and varied layouts this zine explores how design can be both playful and respectful of the content it contains.
