Glass Jaw: Consanguineous | Felix Woodward

Album covers are the central graphic representation for any body of music. The cover is a constant companion to the work and no matter the context (streaming, physical, performance) it reflects the album itself.

This project was developed as a self-directed branding exercise for the Hip Hop/R&B artist Glass Jaw and their album Consanguineous. Needs regarding streaming services, physical album sales and promotion across media were considered, as well as technical considerations regarding packaging and production.

The artist’s existing public attitude is one of fun and entertainment. This album has been described by Glass Jaw as melodic hip-hop, psychedelic, energetic, experimental, connected and positive.
